The sun, the bight blue sky. every wildflower covered mountainside, forest bathing, the salty breeze of the pacific and wild weather on the cali coast. stormy nights, the movement of the night sky, shooting stars & the northern lights. garden tending the flowers, herbs, tomato’s & berries. The newborn baby’s and being in the midst of our family clan. Is the art of peaceful being for me.

I leaped into motherhood.@ 19. Six beautiful souls came through me. Each of them are a unique blend of temperament gifted life experiences. Here there is so much love! adventure, meaningful purpose, challenging devastatingly hard & completely joyous days. Tenderly I observe the stories they are writing to the rhythm of their own hearts.

Continuously adding PEACE to life, is my most exquisite journey. The place of trust, connection, oneness.

Connection to the divine, heavenly father divine mother and the heart.

Oneness, everything needed comes from inside. the ease arrives in acknowledging the fear and leaning into the resistance.

Trust inner wisdom and the lovely ones that surround you. All are here to help.

I have discovered aligning with these elements necessary to create an elevated healing frequency in the body. And this is the way to arrive our babys earth side.
